Once you’ve completed the first six weeks of Macro Mindset workouts, you’re ready to move onto this next set. This guide includes six weeks of workouts (5 per week; 30 total) including 10 conditioning, 10 hypertrophy and 10 strength-training workouts. You’ll also receive a Strength Test to track your progress before and after the next six weeks.
